Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on padubet. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all Funds and Bonus Funds held therein.

padubet may require the Player to submit documentation to verify identity, age, address, and source of funds at any stage, including but not limited to: government-issued photo identification (MyKad, passport), recent utility bills or bank statements, and bank account verification documents. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documentation within the timeframe requested by padubet may result in the suspension of withdrawals or account closure.
The Player is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account username and password. Any activity conducted through an account using the correct login credentials will be treated as activity by the registered account holder. The Player must notify padubet immediately at [email protected] if they suspect unauthorised access to their account.
All financial transactions on the padubet Platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). padubet supports deposits and withdrawals via Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX online banking, and major Malaysian banks including Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Bank.
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed within the Platform's cashier section and are subject to change. Deposits are generally credited to the Player's account immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. padubet is not responsible for delays caused by the Player's bank or payment service provider.

All content on the padubet Platform — including but not limited to the padubet brand name and logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and multimedia content — is the exclusive intellectual property of padubet or its licensed partners. No Player or third party is granted any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of padubet.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, padubet's aggregate liability to any Player arising from or in connection with the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total Funds deposited by that Player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.
padubet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with the Player's use of or inability to use the Platform, regardless of the cause of action or the theory of liability advanced.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. padubet does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
padubet collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering an account, the Player consents to the collection, use, and processing of their personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
padubet is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools to help Players maintain control over their gaming activity. Players may access deposit limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options at any time from their Account Settings.
