Terms & Conditions – padubet

1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "padubet" refers to the online gaming platform operated at padubet.lat, including all associated services, games, and software made available to registered players.
• "Platform" means the padubet website, mobile interface, and any related application through which gaming services are accessed.
• "Player" / "You" means any individual who has registered and maintains an active account on the padubet Platform.
• "Account" means the individual player account created upon successful registration, through which the Player accesses Platform services.
• "Funds" means Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) deposited by the Player into their Account wallet for the purpose of participating in gaming activities.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet allocations, or matched deposit amounts granted by padubet to a Player under a specific promotional offer.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total bet turnover that must be achieved before Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds may be withdrawn.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By completing the registration process on padubet, depositing Funds, or placing any bet or wager on the Platform, the Player unconditionally accepts and agrees to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with any supplementary rules, policies, and guidelines published on the Platform, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

If the Player does not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, the Player must not register an account or use any service provided by padubet. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment to these Terms & Conditions constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.

3. Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on padubet, the Player must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• The Player must be at least 21 years of age. padubet strictly prohibits participation by minors. Age verification may be required at any point during the account lifecycle.
• The Player must be acting on their own behalf as a private individual and not as an agent, trustee, or representative of any third party.
• The Player must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• The Player must not be a current employee, officer, director, contractor, or close relative of any employee of padubet or any of its affiliated gaming providers.
• The Player must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to the Player's jurisdiction.

padubet reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to suspend or close any account where eligibility requirements are not or cease to be satisfied, without prior notice.

4. Account Registration

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on padubet. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all Funds and Bonus Funds held therein.

During registration, the Player must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and a Malaysian mobile phone number. The Player undertakes to promptly update any information that changes following registration.

padubet may require the Player to submit documentation to verify identity, age, address, and source of funds at any stage, including but not limited to: government-issued photo identification (MyKad, passport), recent utility bills or bank statements, and bank account verification documents. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documentation within the timeframe requested by padubet may result in the suspension of withdrawals or account closure.

The Player is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account username and password. Any activity conducted through an account using the correct login credentials will be treated as activity by the registered account holder. The Player must notify padubet immediately at [email protected] if they suspect unauthorised access to their account.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the padubet Platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). padubet supports deposits and withdrawals via Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX online banking, and major Malaysian banks including Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Bank.

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed within the Platform's cashier section and are subject to change. Deposits are generally credited to the Player's account immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. padubet is not responsible for delays caused by the Player's bank or payment service provider.

Withdrawals are processed subject to the following conditions:

• The Player's account must be fully verified with all required documentation submitted and approved.
• All applicable Wagering Requirements on any active Bonus Funds must be satisfied prior to withdrawal of winnings derived from those Bonus Funds.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit where technically possible. padubet reserves the right to request withdrawal to an alternative verified method where the original deposit method does not support withdrawals.
• padubet reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds and to delay processing pending satisfactory review.

padubet does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, the Player's payment provider may apply their own charges, for which padubet bears no responsibility.

6. Bonus & Promotions

padubet offers promotional bonuses to eligible Players from time to time. Each promotion is governed by specific terms published alongside the offer, which supplement these general Terms & Conditions. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms prevail.

General conditions applicable to all padubet bonuses include:

• Bonus Funds are credited separately from Real Money Funds and are used in gameplay before Real Money Funds, unless the applicable promotion specifies otherwise.
• Wagering Requirements must be completed within the validity period specified for each promotion. Unmet Wagering Requirements at expiry will result in forfeiture of the relevant Bonus Funds and associated winnings.
• Bonus offers are intended for recreational players. padubet reserves the right to withhold, void, or claw back bonus amounts where it determines, at its sole discretion, that a Player has exploited bonus structures through irregular play patterns, matched betting, arbitrage, or other abusive strategies.
• A Player may hold only one active welcome bonus at any time unless the promotion terms expressly state otherwise.

7. Game Rules & Fair Play

All casino games and sports betting markets offered on padubet are subject to specific rules published within or alongside each game or market. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before participating.

Random Number Generator (RNG) games available on padubet are provided by certified third-party studios whose software undergoes regular independent auditing for randomness and fairness. Live casino games are broadcast from licensed studios operating under established regulatory frameworks. The outcome of all games is final once recorded by the Platform systems.

In the event of a technical malfunction, game server error, or connectivity interruption during gameplay, padubet reserves the right to void affected game rounds and return the applicable stake to the Player's account. padubet's decision in relation to technical disputes is final.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on padubet and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of Funds:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Collusion with other Players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures.
• Money laundering, fraudulent chargebacks, or use of stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment instruments.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or the verification process.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Allowing or facilitating access to the Player's account by any third party.

padubet cooperates fully with relevant authorities in the investigation of any suspected fraudulent or criminal activity associated with Platform accounts.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the padubet Platform — including but not limited to the padubet brand name and logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and multimedia content — is the exclusive intellectual property of padubet or its licensed partners. No Player or third party is granted any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of padubet.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, padubet's aggregate liability to any Player arising from or in connection with the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total Funds deposited by that Player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.

padubet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with the Player's use of or inability to use the Platform, regardless of the cause of action or the theory of liability advanced.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. padubet does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

11. Privacy

padubet collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering an account, the Player consents to the collection, use, and processing of their personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Responsible Gaming

padubet is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools to help Players maintain control over their gaming activity. Players may access deposit limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options at any time from their Account Settings. 13. Termination

The Player may close their padubet account at any time by contacting customer support. Prior to account closure, any Real Money Funds remaining in the account wallet (net of any pending bonus conditions) will be returned to the Player via their verified withdrawal method.

padubet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where padubet reasonably determines that the Player has breached these Terms & Conditions, engaged in prohibited conduct, or where padubet is required to do so by law or regulatory direction. In such cases, padubet reserves the right to withhold Funds pending investigation.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations and the internal policies of padubet. Any dispute arising between the Player and padubet that cannot be resolved through direct communication with the padubet support team shall be referred to binding arbitration conducted in accordance with internationally recognised arbitration procedures.

15. Amendments

padubet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified to Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform no less than seven (7) days before the changes take effect. The Player's continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.
